The interactive demo contains generated income, expense and investment entries, plus recurring templates. Review a month, a year, year to date or all history. The trend charts can show monthly or annual figures.
Edit an entry to see its effect on the savings rate and money-flow diagram. To use a recurring template, add it to a period explicitly; changing the template alone does not rewrite entries already recorded. Demo edits are temporary and leave your own records untouched.
The fixed example below separates money saved from money kept in cash. It is an illustrative month, independent of the editable demo above.
Assume €4,000 income, €2,500 expenses and €1,000 transferred to investments in one month. All amounts are in euros, so no currency conversion is required.
| Calculation | Result |
|---|---|
| Income | €4,000 |
| Expenses | €2,500 |
| Savings: income − expenses | €1,500 |
| Savings rate: savings ÷ income × 100 | 37.5% |
| Investment contributions | €1,000 |
| Cash retained: savings − investment contributions | €500 |
Investing €1,000 changes where your savings are held; it does not turn them into spending. The projection can suggest your average monthly savings as a contribution, but you must apply that suggestion explicitly.
